EasyTel Public Access Network Circles the Globe

Unified Communications Subscribers and Non Subscribers alike now have local access to international network from 5 continents.

"From New York to Los Angeles, from Montreal to Rio De Janeiro, from Sidney to Tokyo and from Hong Kong to London, our International Public Access Network is bringing the world closer together," said Thomas Skala, CEO of EasyTel.Net, the North American unified communications and financial services provider.

Skala announced that the company's expansion of local Public Access Telephone Numbers in 38 countries, on five continents, is being introduced three months ahead of schedule; just in time for this Holiday Season. The International Public Access Network is a web of thousands of local telephone numbers in North America and dozens of countries around the globe connecting the world into one network, the GenieNet.

"Anyone can use EasyTel Public Access Numbers, whether they are a subscriber or not," explained Skala. “Now, EasyTel customers can communicate with their friends, family members and business associates free of charge. Subscribers can use the numbers wherever they are to connect to their Universal Office, make calls and receive messages to and from anywhere in the world, host international conference calls, and much more.  Non subscribers can use the numbers to reach a subscriber directly, send messages to a subscriber, or join a conference call from anywhere in the world.

"And all of this is included for each subscriber in their Universal Office, with no extra charges.  You could be a subscriber living in San Francisco, California, and host a phone conference with callers from London, Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo, without anyone on the call paying an International calling charge.  Or you could talk with family and friends from Paris to New Zealand, all with just a local call.

"Unlike some services, you don't have to have an Internet connection at either end, let alone a high-speed line.  Ordinary telephones on ordinary lines are all that you need to talk around the globe.  Scientists tell us that once, long ago, the continents of our world were all together in one place.  EasyTel's International Public Access Network is bringing 5 of them back together right now, and we've got our eyes on the other two."

About EasyTel.Net

EasyTel.Net, incorporated in 1995, developed the Universal Office, EasyTel’s proprietary soft switch, which integrates electronic banking, unified communications, and Internet services on a single platform, running over GenieNet, a global private voice-over-IP network.  Genie - the personality of the Universal Office on the phone and online - is used to brand most of InfoUSA's service offerings in one way or another.

From New York City to Seattle, from Miami to San Diego, from Houston to Minneapolis, from Boston to Salt Lake City, EasyTel provides Local Service in over five thousand cities and communities, in 139 area codes spanning across 1586 Rate Centers in 29 states and Washington DC, and can be reached by approximately 85% of the population in the United States as a local call.

EasyTel also provides Local Public Access Numbers in thirty-eight countries on five continents.  Those markets extend the reach of EasyTel's local-access services, circling the globe to allow customers international access to a single service. Through the use of a touch-tone telephone or the internet, NO OTHER EQUIPMENT IS NECESSARY.

During the first quarter of 2007 EasyTel plans to introduce a new technology suite, Genie's LAMP, a local, end-user owned processing device which is poised to move the Universal Office from a host-based service offering to a truly global distributed processing system that is capable of extending its services to literally any location in the world where the Internet is accessible.
