Ann Marie lives, works part of her time in Paris, France, part of her time in London, England, part time in the United States, and travels to many other countries the rest of the time. Many of her customers are in the U.S. and she still has strong ties in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

"It is necessary for my firm to have presence in the United States. With The Universal Office, I have numbers in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco to accept faxes and route calls to me wherever I am. Most of the time, my callers don't even know which country I am in when they call or send me a fax!" says Ann Marie.

Ann Marie saves hundreds of dollars each month using the Universal Office to make her long distance and international calls. She is able to place calls at low US rates no matter where in the world she happens to find herself on any given day.  

"That would make be enough to make me love the Universal Office, all by itself," says Ann Marie. "But the Universal Office also saves me untold amounts of money on one of my favorite things - money!"

Ann Marie is talking about her GenieCard. "It used to be that my business contacts and I had to maintain bank accounts in several countries, just so we could move fairly small amounts of cash quickly for purchases and expenses. And international transfer fees from one bank to another are enough to bankrupt an Onasis. But when several colleagues got their own Universal Office to solve their messaging needs, it turned out we had also solved our money problem.

"Now we each have a GenieCard attached to our Universal Office. When I'm in Lisbon and Frederic needs some funds in Kyoto, I just call or go online and move the money from my GenieCard account to his. Within minutes, he can go to any ATM and draw the money, or make a purchase at any merchant who accepts ATM cards. And because the transfer occurs completely within the US, there are no astronomical transfer fees.

"If money makes the world go 'round, then GenieCard makes money go 'round the world" says Ann Marie.
